Water in various flavors is available as a drop-down on the "Layers" tab you'll find on the top right:

Isaac doesn't look very interested in OK, but it's just a temporary weather event anyway...

At least on the NOAA map, it looks like a chance for a couple of inches of rain in the eastern half of the state. That's better than nothing!

Maybe you just need a sharper filter set!
Even the slightest breeze can throw phase all to pieces.
Stay dry-or at least as dry as you can.
