A heads up to anyone involved in the six remaining tour dates for The Eric Andre Live Show between now and December 3.

Last night at The Chapel venue in San Francisco a half gallon container of milk launched from the stage scored a direct hit on the AVID SC48 FOH console. The "talent" got their credit card run for repairs but the PITA factor remains as another mixer will have to be rented for the next several shows. All of the mic cables used and the stage need a good cleaning as well. At least they only trashed one microphone stand.

Guess they should have expected something "special" when the merch table display included $5 "milk ponchos".

I AM old and getting tired of these shenanigans.

Milk? It's like the anti-Insane Clown Posse.

Condolences for the mixer, respect is supposed a two way street in this business...

Re: Jackass Alert - The Eric Andre Live Show

I would have charged them the cost of replacement for the entire console and any other associated FOH gear.

I guess that's another good reason to have your console 100 or more feet from the front kf the stage.

Except 100 feet from the stage in this venue would put the console in the middle of Valencia Street in front of the club ;-)

BTW The service staff at Delicate Productions SF Office get the console cleaned, serviced and checked out by early this afternoon.

Unless it smells like burning cocoa halfway through tonight's show I think we've dodged the bullet, if not the milk carton.

Appropriately "gramps" toned message is being composed to send to the "talent buyer" for the venue.
