Responsible for product management of Electro-Voice & Dynacord professional loudspeakers worldwide.
Responsible to define and execute technology and product planning for Portable Loudspeakers and Mixers. Supports the business unit management in defining and executing technology and product planning. Ensures that product design, performance characteristics and product positioning are broadly responsive to customer needs in all markets. Planning and implementation of product line from conceptual stages through the complete product life cycle to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives.

What distinguishes you
§
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering, along with 5+ years of
•experience in product management.
•Professional Audio industry knowledge preferred.
•Knowledge of key marketing principles, and demonstrated ability to apply them in a business environment, including ability to effectively analyze markets and competition to identify customer needs.
•Proven success with market research, product sales and sales promotion activities.
•Must work effectively in a global organization serving a worldwide customer base, and to lead cross-functional teams through the process.
•Leadership qualities and an ability to influence others in a matrix organization.
•Able to plan, organize and follow through/implement to achieve timely, accurate results, focusing on key priorities and effectively juggling multiple projects.
•Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to deliver reports, to make public presentations and to deal eloquently with opinion leaders and the sales force team.

•Able to recognize and capitalize on market opportunities.
