kee klamp help

Hey all, looking for a smaller diameter version of this:

A10 - Split Single Socket Tee Kee Klamp Fitting - Simplified Building, Kee Klamp, Railings, Connectors and Structural Solutions,

Trying to finish adding supports to some schedule 40 based furniture pieces, and i need a kee klamp, or knockoff equivalent piece, in 1/2" npt (i.e. 0.840" OD)

The kee klamp part is A10 "split single socket tee"

I was going to suggest speed-rail fittings but it looks like the smallest they go is 3/4" IPS. Speed-Rail, ADA Railing, Handrails, Panels & Pipe Fittings

Phil,

I, too, am not aware of any Kee-Klamp like products below 3/4" sch 40. There is this:

McMaster-Carr

but it's for tube (OD) sizes 1/2" and 3/4" and it's plastic. Prob not much help.

I did make all the railing for a steel deck on a cabin using Kee-Klamp on 1-1/4" sch 40 and it worked great.

Edit: Well that link went to something else. But if you go to McMaster "Framing Components, etc." you'll find it. But it's not what you want anyway. Sorry...

I used to use similar fittings in stainless for boat railings. I think most were 1 inch but it might be worth searching marine fittings.
