However, in a situation such as this with a 2P/3W outlet supplying 208V or 240V what is the inherent problem with the outlet having a neutral instead of a ground? I'm thinking Lee Patzius demonstrated this once, but I'm having trouble recalling the exact reason. The other thing I'm not clear on... is this an L5 or L6? An L5 should not be used for >120V.
