LA8's and LA Network Manager

Does anyone have any practical experience controlling LA8's (which are on the most recent firmware) with an older version of LA Network Manager?

LA8's are on the most recent firmware, but another engineer uses a computer with an older version of LA Network Manager running Windows XP and cannot update to the most recent version. Just wondering if I will need to downgrade the amps for him, or provide another solution.

Yes. It doesn't work.

If he has a mac on 10.9 or later network manager now works on that?

Old Mac too.

I think I may have given him a reason to buy the new Macbook air he has had his eye on though.
