Lab PLM 10,000

I have a PLM 10,000 on my subs. Last night my roadie went to turn it off and it wouldn't turn off. I tried too but it wouldn't go off. I don't know if she hit another button instead of the power button first,but she's been turning it off ever since i got it with no issues. Anyone suggestions?

There’s a button for setting it to remote on/off on the front IIRC. Maybe that’s been pushed during setup?

Thanks. When I plugged it back in the next gig, it worked ok .
