IIRC his last name started with a "W". I think it was long enough ago that it was on the PSW forums before they switched to Simple Machine...

Beware of Graham Wakefield. Sold me a rack but never shipped it. Still has my money and won't return text, e-mail, facebook, phone calls, etc.

I too had some less than stellar dealings with Graham with regards to response time, but fortunately mine didn't involve any money - it took 6 months to get a sample set of labels he had promised me. It's a shame since I liked the labels and wanted to do an actual order, but the response time and effort required for just a sample set was so bad there's no way I'd give him my business.
Matt, a cheap B&W laser printer is $100. Brady LabelMark software is $200. The Brady self-laminating poly labels in packs of 5,000 are about $285 (amazon), so your initial label cost is less than $0.12 per label and you can make anything at any time you want. Might be something to think about.
