Hi guys, my crappy $5 lens died, so I need another. I have a Canon 20D, and I usually take wide pictures at concerts, so something in the 18mm to 30mm short range would be nice, at about F2.8 or better. Nothing I do would ever require longer than 100mm, and big range lenses like 18-135mm are compromises and suck at both ends of their range. I don't have the dough for the L series, I don't think, but if I did I'd get the 24-70mm F2.8.
If you have something hanging around, let me know. If you do have an insane lens at an insane price, it might just convince me.
Edit: I'm looking at something like the EF 50mm F1.4 prime...it's about $400 new and I'd love to score one used for around $300 or less...
