I'm in the hunt for a local sound guy in the northern Maryland/Southern PA area looking for a steady gig. Gig is at a casino- every Saturday. Pay is average, but the gig is a walk in the park, and you get free dinner. I'm looking for someone newer in the business looking to earn their stripes and advance to larger work over time. ..Or someone desperate for work. :lol: Gig is a 7pm load in, 9pm start, and 1am finish. Bands are usually pretty good- just your standard cover bands. Low stress.
Requirements are simple:
-Know how to use an LS9-16
-Know how to make IEM's sound good (venue is IEM only, no wedges)
-Not an asshole
-Can patch 16 inputs
-Can put things away like they found it
-Can make a rough room sounds good
