I guess I'm a little late responding. But, I'm curious if this might have some impact on equalizing rental rates across regions. Those prices seem like really good deals for my urban area but are probably a bit expensive for some smaller markets.
Im in a smaller region. That pricing still looks pretty low from what I can see. Predicting it wont be long lived. All it takes is being one cable short to cause a real issue.
