M-audio/avid technical support contact for RA #

I'm trying to contact these guys, but the website sends you in circles without being able to actually get to a contact form:

Q: How do I obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to get my product repaired?

A: If you have a computer related problem or device that is not functioning you first need to contact M-Audio Technical Support to troubleshoot the issue and to determine whether or not the device is in need of repair. If your device is physically damaged, such as a blown speaker, you can contact Technical Support to obtain an RA# and return information.

The provided link ultimately sends you through several pages only to end up back at the same page you started. Does anyone have an email for them to get an RA number?

I guess the days of the endless looping computerized phone support tree have given way to the perpetually looping support site. I'd just call the number and talk to them. FWIW, M-Audio is Avid's bastard stepchild and they don't get a lot of love from Avid. The folks in the ProTools division barely talk to them.

Found a general number: (626) 633-9050

Was given specific ilok support number at Avid: (650)-731-6100 #3

From there was directed to call an authorized repair center whose service guy wasn't able to help but let me leave a voicemail with their person who is in direct contact with M-audio. Thanks to a PM I also have a contact for someone in the US if this avenue doesn't work out.

Who said this had to be easy!

(for those wondering, my pelican laptop case lid was very unfriendly to the ilok key when the two met)
