Not in the way Yamaha does it. There is no Cascade Bus, you have to sacrifice inputs on 1 of the mixers for bus/stems from the other mixer.
Kevin Maxwell is using Palladium to control 2 M32 mixers on a show right now (or just closed). I think he's got a thread about theater cue granularity where he discusses how he's using Palladium to cascade the mixers and run cues.

Yes Tim is right, Sub mixing yes, true cascade no. And I finished the show with the 2 M32s. I may in the future consider an X32 rack as a submixer (and a stage box) if I need more inputs, for things like the area mics for musical theater. It would be nice if one could control the X32 rack using the remote functionality on the main mixer, in my case an M32. And it would be great if they added a cascade type of capability. But I think they will just tell you if you have that type of needs maybe you should be using one of their bigger mixers. I am missing the capabilities of the Avid SC48 but I am able to do a lot with the M32 and it suits most of my needs right now. And I really like Palladium and I can’t use that on an Avid console.
