M7CL/ MY4-DA issues, help needed ASAP please

As of yet I have not received a return call from Yamaha tech support...
We sent out two MY4-DA cards out to meet an M7 that we have on the road, however installing both results in every console output squealing. Yamaha's website says that you can use two of them together without issue. Ideas?

When you say "squealing" do you mean a background noise thing or a 0 dBFS kind of squeal? (or I should say "+24dBu" if it's only on the outputs and not present anywhere in console busses etc.?)

I have never heard of such a thing.

I would start with the usual, try one card at a time, is the sound coming from only the cards or all outputs of the desk.

Any chance there is a sample rate mismatch somewhere?

Are the outputs seeing phantom power somewhere?
