Nobody should be hurt or die at concerts. They exist as a pastime and source of enjoyment.

Could it be that the atmosphere at this type of concert located in that part of the world is a little like attending a heated "football" game?

We've had bad things happen in Ybor City (Tampa) due to the extreme death metal climate.

What I read was that there one death, but not from stabbing or other violence. One serious injury among four due to stabbing.

The unsurprising gist of the article was that, among the typical saucer-eyed, hugging & water chugging ravers, this event had a few drunken thugs in the crowd. Drunk thug=violence, 100% of the time. Must have been a horrible scene for those in a vulnerable state to be preyed upon by a shit-faced Shiva.
