For sale is a Matrox TripleHead2Go Analog Edition (1 VGA in, 3 VGA out)
What does it do? Well, in my case, I used it to create a 28 foot by 8 foot widescreen video wall using 3 projectors. It makes your connected computer (Mac or PC) believe that it is connected to a single super-widescreen display. You only need to connect one video cable from your computer, but the device intelligently splits the output across 3 displays (2 is also possible).

This is also useful for gaming and home applications, but I am posting it here in case anyone is looking for an easy way to create a large video wall, often suitable for covering the entire area behind a band on small and medium stages.
This has very low usage hours and is in mint shape. It typically works without requiring any software or drivers to be installed.
