Midas Pro 3- DL153 issue and Shut down during the show

Hello

Any one has an experienced error with DL151 stage box?
One of input channel make a noise(sound like a RF noise) when certain time comes up.(it is like after 3 hours using the board.)
It is not a first time. I was thinking it was a Wireless RF interference but it was not RF. I changed many other channel even receiver but it happen again.

Today, the channel strip displayed "Ready for MC " then shut down during the service.

If anyone have an same issue please let me know.

I emailed to Christopher with all necessary info yesterday.

One more quick question.

I have an another issue when I recall the scene during the show.

All saved condenser mic channel make a pop up noise when I recall the scene.

I have to save the scene all condenser mic feder down.

Do you have any idea?

I'm sure Chase will be back, but that sounds to me like the scene recall is adding phantom power, and thats what's causing the pop.

Dear Jung,

If I'm understanding correctly, try applying phantom power and muting the select channels before you recall the Scene. However, if you're already in contact with Chris on our CARE PRO team, give him a call as he can give you potential solutions that are relevant to your show and setup.
