Midas Venice Fader Cap

Hi there. We have an older yet mint condition Midas Venice 320. I'm after a plastic replacement cap for one of the standard grey input channels. Because some &^*&% decided to pull it off and lose it. I've had a bit of a google and ebay up but haven't found anything yet. Often its easier to post here for a quickfire direction

Anyone have any ideas?
