I don't like CNN or CNBC, but if it wasn't for Fox,I doubt that this story would be making national news.I haven't seen or heard anything from other national news outlets on this story. But even if it "could" as you say result in prosecutions of someomne carrying around a vintage guitar,that in itself is rediculous.This is what happens when politicians pass laws and then leave the implimentation to bureaucrats. PS,I do listen to NPR and watch PBS. Some good stuff most of the time.
