Multiple Mackie Axis DC16's and DL32R's

Does anyone have any experience using multiple Axis DC16 controllers and multiple DR32R's on the same network?

I'm guessing separate DC16/DL32 setups can coexist but I'm specifically interested in whether two DC16 control surfaces can talk to a single DL32R, and what happens with head-amp control.
