Oh, yeah, it must be one of those rigs that has it's own engine and wheels to drive it to the show.

One clue that it isn't REALLY a reggae act is the acoustic bass with a pickup. NO reggae bass player could ever get enough volume before feedback with an acoustic even WITH an SVT and 6 20 inch speakers.
The acoustic bass and the request for Fender Deluxe guitar amps lead me to think it's a Rockabilly band with someone typing their rider who either doesn't proofread or who knows little or nothing about backline gear.
That latter possibility is the case in all too many management and agency offices.
