N/D468 - how do you like it?

A musician showed up at a gig with a e906 recently to use on accordion. Next time it was an N/D468 which did sound fantastic to me.

I was thinking about buying some e906s but thought I would ask about others experience. I have been using Heil PR30s on guitar cabs recently. Thoughts?

I find that the e906 is too bright for my taste. Only used the N/D468 on toms, it wasn't too bad. Never had the opportunity to try any Heil mics.

But.
I got a really good deal on a pair of Royer 121 a while back.
After that I sold off all my other guitar mics. It's expensive, but worth it :)
