Need an iPad app for PA that allows me to lock out certain faders and parameters.

I am installing a PA at a venue that needs a rack mount digital mixer with iPad capability. The goal is to have it all set for whoever will be operating it, but I have been requested to find a way to lock out certain faders and other parameters so it is protected from someone that might accidentally mess up routing or other important things. Ive used the X32 rack mount, Yamaha TF, and Presonus RM16, but have not been able to find a way to lock out specific faders and things. I know some digital boards have that capability however having that transfer to iPad usage doesnt seem to do the same. Any help is much appreciated. Cheers.
 
Check out Yamaha's ProVisonare Control and upcoming ProVisionare Touch.

I've only ready about it but it might do what you need to.

You might also investigate using the permissions system in the console to restrict what parameters can be changed.
