I'm double booked with the agency and I have reached out to all my resources and have been coming up empty. The event is during the evening of May 25th. The event is for a wedding reception at a hotel in Alexandria VA; I think they are using is 84x28 ballroom. There should be a dinner meal provided to you and 1 crew member.
PA wise I take in a SRX722/SRX728 rig, but any standard good ground stack rig of good.
Mixer, the band has 18-20 XLR inputs and 9-10 monitor mixes; and plan on mixing side of the stage.
The band is a 10pc band:
4 Singers with Wireless mics on IEMs
2 Horn players on Wedge(s) (1-2)
1 Keyboard on Wedge
1 Guitar on Wedge
1 Drummer on Wedge
1 Bass on Wedge
Lighting: 2-4 LED wash lights per side, on a simple slow fade setting.
I don't have a huge budget, but its better than a Bar Band and not enough from a Corpy 1-off.
