Some large chinese electronic manufacturers are expanding with new factories in Africa to deal with the rising labor costs in China. So far the labor in Africa is cheaper than China, but the workers are not as productive (yet), but it is early days for that continent. You are not in as price competitive a market as TV set and pure consumer goods makers but even China is getting more expensive these days, so the advantage of building there is eroding somewhat. </p><p></p><p>JR</p></blockquote><p></p>
