OK SO I just got a quote for $3300. and the 3224 for $5900. so I'm thinking it may just make sense to buy the second 1608, which can be easily split if necessary.  I lose the AES but I rarely ever use AES on my shows because they are all one offs.  I won't be doing anything with it until middle of May or later as I have a run of shows with CL5 that belongs to client.  SO revised price is $3000. plus shipping, check or MO only, no paypal at that price.  I would just turn around and put that toward the 3224.
