Re: Noisy laptop power supplyGee, that's EXACTLY what I recommend with a laptop. Laptop power supplies are notoriously noisy. A ground lift adapter works everytime. Laptops and their usual line wart power supplies are already fully enclosed in plastic (there's your personnel safety).Mike McNany
