I don't know of many other artists that would spend their time thinking about how a space sounds…that probably impresses me the most.

I might have to go out and buy a CD to show support...

She's arranged, played, engineered, and mixed her own records since her debut album. Sonically Ellipse is excellent, as 2005's Speak for Yourself.

She is in the small, elite group of people who are talented on both sides of the studio glass.
