It really takes a good measurement system and experimentation to make the right value choices and the correct order for the x-over sections. The lattice network is balanced so that L1=L2 and C1=C2.If you were going to DSP the passive I would leave out the pad circuits. The HF notch depending on the horn choice might be better implemented as an series tank on the HF leg only, instead of the parallel tank in series with the whole network.
