It is titled Phase align subs, then you state at the beginning how you cannot "find" the subs with the impulse response, then you state you are trying to do just that and failed. It is very difficult to find the subs using the impulse response. For nearly 2 years (2001-2003) before I knew how to read the phase trace I followed the directions Jamie gave in this very old post and successfully aligned my subs every day.To explain the phase trace on a forum (it's been done) is very difficult.
