From Waves, I like: C4/C6, CLA-76, API 2500, and Renaissance Vox.
I've heard great things about the Vocal Rider plugin from a friend who does both live and studio work that I respect a lot, but haven't played with it.

I LOVE the McDSP stuff, especially Channel G. Acting as a channel strip I use it for EQ and dynamics. The cool thing is that it emulates groovy gear I like a lot, such as Neve, API and SSL. I recently tried the ML4000 and really dug that too. It'll likely be my next purchase.
