Pm5drh internal ha disapear

Sorry for my bad english writting, im french...
Ok i've 3 x pm5drh in the complex i work for,
3 years 1/2 old, not so much, never hurt, no truck but a lot of shows.
yesterday morning,vhen i power up one of them all the input channel bargraph per channel started to
light it s not usual and all the internal HA disapear !!!
Hard reset the desk (store+power on) to clean all memories and return to factory data, nothing...
trying to initialise the internal HA but the selection touch is now grey let me juste choose the external HA i dont have...
my aes input cd just work fine
Did that happen to someone here ?
french yamaha distributor are speaking about one third part pieces (they say the lonely one) that they don't control, a flash memory card inside the desk with erratic writting/reading capacities ?
we opened the desk but can't find the card slot.
Have someone heard about this ?

Hello

fresh news about the pm5drh HA extinction :
there's really a slot card under the screen, in the desk when you opened it, under the plate where leave the battery, they gonna send me an new flash card (few memory, dos style os) first change to make say hamaha before hospital...Someone tell me that i as done the same thing after a wordclock issue, the card they send im was in fact empty...
Waiting for the card (70€)

Glad to hear that you got it taken care, and that you found the solution, which was a bad flash memory card (if I understand you correctly). This will probably help someone else out in the future.
