I have a powered floor monitor that I got from Germany. It is currently setup for 220/240 Volts. To use it in the States do I just need to change out the fuse and power cord?

No, the "Factory Internal Setup" statement means there are probably more internal components (possibly even the full power supply module) that would need changed.
Thanks for the response David. I guess I was hoping that the SMPS (switched-mode power supply) was the capable of both sources but would draw twice the amps if only supplied with 120 volts. But the way they have it labeled I think you are right.
I got this response from DB Technologies.

Unfortunately if you change only the fuse is not enough.
You have to add a Jumper connector into your amplifier, see below.
