Meyer is a legend for a reason, and I totally understand why people came up with the acronym for JBL(Junk but loud) but as a monitor guy, the VPs have yet to let me down. They take very little shading to take care of most feedback issues and have a wonderful sounding low end without being floppy. Everything is there, and everything is intelligible. I know I might be a bit late in posting this, but I just had to chime in. From talking heads to full out rock I have yet to be disappointed with these boxes.
