Working with a friends Presonus Rm32ai. Don't have the mixer in front of me now. Want to set up the monitor aux's to pre channel strip eq and pre dynamics (gate/compression). The manual says I have the options for pre 1, pre 2, or post. Is this doable?

I use a Presonus from time to time, and Pre1 is just after the Gate in the chain so you can eliminate the compressor and EQ, but not the gate.
