After doing sound at quite some pyromusical shows (fireworks with synchronized music) I wonder, if there's any solid comparison between the different systems audio wise.
The best solution to me is a quality multitrack or a laptop with a quality audio interface. I've had mixed results with dedicated music players that are bundled with the ignition systems and laptops with headphone out (obviously).
So, leaving out the audio file quality completely, how do these systems compare?
