I’m so appreciative of this entire string of comments. I’m not handy with electronics by any means, and understand very little - but from y’all I understood enough to know where I need to take my 16 for fixing. Moreover, in a way I’m frustrated there’s been no official release by QSC addressing this. Has it been remedied in newer models? Seems to me such a blatant error in production would justify a recall or at least an extended warranty period. At this point I have one working aux and one working main out, and running sound for my band in 3 days. Gonna have to be creative I suppose. Appreciate the information provided herein so that I may explain to a repair person exactly what I’m encountering and the proper fix. Have a great 2025!
