[WTR] Quote Needed (Buffalo, NY)

Hello,

I have been asked to quote on an upcoming show near Buffalo, NY which my front end will be insufficient for. I have been asked to provide a quote for sound and lighting. The information I have at this time is quite sparse, but this is what I have:

"The venue will provide one of those Erie County band shells. They are expecting between 3000-5000 people in what will be likely a "carnival" type of atmosphere some (people wandering around, some watching the band, etc.) ."

I'm figuring an actual audience size of about 1500. Specifically I would need to rent just front end and some lighting. If you can give me a rough estimate (or need more info to do so) contact me by email.

No idea of the price but when I was asked to quote for something I was under-equipped for, I researched the cost for Me to dry hire the necessary missing items and reflected those numbers in my quote (simply passing the cost onto the client and keeping myself as the middle person).
