What is your current status of sophistication for managing your rental inventory?

My one employee (me) company no longer requires much sophistication for rental inventory management, but back in the day we used the form below, which would not allow double booking of any equipment, truck or person.

I use RentalTrax from Wiosoft and it has worked great for my company

We are using Flex Rental Solutions. It was a lot of work to get set up, but it now saves us a ton of time. The software is pretty stable at this point, though we are looking forward to the move to HTML5.
