Please allow me to introduce myself, I am the VP, Care for MUSIC Group. I have been reviewing this thread and wanted to let you know that I am sorry for the frustration you have experienced. Our Service Depot in Las Vegas carries a full range of spares for the TurboSound brand as Martin has stated. If, by some chance we do not have the part that you need, we can order it direct from the factory. If there is anything that I can do for you, please do not hesitate to send me a PM.
