Re: Replacing a Fader on a Yamaha DM1000Yamaha Commercial audio told me the PCB is double sided and isn't a very easy repair without the correct tools. They recommended vacuuming the fader. If that doesn't help, the recommended replacing the fader. Two different techs said they would send repair details via e-mail. I Never received any. Probably to protect authorized repairers they didn't. Anyway, I'l crack this thing open and see if it's really that complicated. I'll report the outcome...
