Many schools, community centers, auditoria/lecture halls, community theaters and other venues where the mixer is provided by the venue rather than the operator already struggle with the multiple internal and external users potentially involved having to work with a configurable rather than defined mixer user interface. Having a known, predefined interface seems to potentially be more important than individualization where you may have to support a variety of users on a constantly changing, short term basis.
