Sc 48 loud pop on show load?

I've subbed an sc48 for the weekend and I was trying it out on a powered speaker in my shop. I saved what I was doing as a show, then tried load it... A loud pop came from the powered speaker... Is this normal? Will I have to mute my rig before a show load? Also I had to choose "stage" tab to patch l and r outputs , not Foh as I thought.... Is this correct?

With the V3 software (didn't happen with previous versions), it seems that the relays are just a little late on the output card to do their thing, so yes, some noise comes through.

As for the routing, yes, the outputs on the back of the SC48 (1-16, 17-32 ...) are 'Stage' outputs. the 'FOH' outputs are the Digital and Analogue L/R outputs (same as the inputs, plus Talkback, OSC)
