You can load it with 48 mic inputs but then would need to run an analog return snake, or, you can buy 2 remotes and load them up to the max with 48 mic inputs and 32 returns with an unused slot left over. I don't get it! Why wouldn't they make this system capable of duplicating the standard SC48 configuration of 48x16? I hope there is some really good reason why they feel a 32x16 remote system makes sense for a 48 channel console! GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!
