Hey guys new here Hoping someone can help,
So first off this is a rather interesting situation, I am using the Shure ULX system and I have now three microphone packs which are acting strange. The packs will power up however the battery indicator light is red (yes fresh batteries multiple) and the screen back light comes on but there is nothing on the screen, no ch no freq, NOTHING! Nor do they communicate with the receiver. I have tried to use different batteries power on and off held the set button while powering on, same with mode and both at the same time. We have opened up one to check for broken wires, corrosion, bent pins, ETC. NOTHING all looks normal, they have not been wet, nor dropped or abused in that manner.
Does anyone have an idea as to what happened? or a solution? With one doing this I can understand but like I said I now have three with this same problem.
