I have a Shure wireless ULXD4 receiver that is brand new, but someone at our shop hit the front screen with a screwdriver and there is a small (like 1/2") dent on the ir Sync window. The window is not broken and I have trouble getting it to show up in pictures. Nothing else is damaged on the unit and it works normally.
