Re: Si ExpressionWell I just spend about six hours at home with my new Expression 3. The first thing I did was upgrade the software to the latest verson. For the time being I will probably stick with the default settings. I'm tickled to death just to have 32 pre amps, 14 auxes and four really nice sounding channels of effects. I like the ability to connect directly to a router, even though I usually have a laptop with me anyway. The iPad app is not as nice as the Personus app, and it seemed a little finicky setting it up but I got it working. This will be my "out front" board for larger gigs where I run a snake and set up basically like an analog setup - without a couple hundred pounds of rack gear! For smaller gigs run remotely with my iPad, I"ll still use my Studio Live.I've just been foolin' around with the basic functions and routing and haven't even had a chance to evaluate the "sound" or the EQ and Compressor/gates. I'll do that this weekend, under fire!
