Simulate GSM interference?

I'd like to test several audio devices side by side for their immunity to GSM interference (picture a tradeshow setting) and would like a way to create GSM interference at the push of a button..
currently I can do it using two phones and placing a call, but that's a bit of a pain doing it over and over..
is there any sort of RF transmitter that can do this continuously so that I can say "here, listen.." and not be feeding them a recorded comparison of two products?

I'd be inclined to just use the phone(s)... If you mimic the exact signals, wouldn't you be interfering with phone service?

Personally when I see a comparison demo of something I like to see a real world scenario. Having real phones would eliminate the possibility of a snake oil and mirrors type of demo if using a simulated interference transmitter.
