The biggest gotcha is that some implementations have reverse gender neutral and ground conductors, theoretically designed to reduce the chance of connecting things wrong. I'm not sure if it actually helps or not.Always connect in this order: Ground, neutral, phase 1, 2, 3. Disconnect in the reverse. Meter EVERYTHING.
