The LAB still feels a little more advanced in some of the topics that get discusses, as in they are a little more accessible for high level theatre sound stuff, where this forum feels more like a rock and roll festival centric forum. It's easier to get in depth discussion on something like matrix coms over there--even then there's only a couple of people who contribute to that high level discussion. But the layout and organization of this forum feels better (and it lacks the adds that are so ever annoying on the LAB), and the spell check function works here. It's too bad really that the community split the way it did.
